Poha Banane Ki Vidhi – Ingredients:

– 2 cup pohaa (flattened rice)
– 1 medium pyaaz, bareek kata hua
– 1 medium aloo, chhilke utare aur chote tukdon mein kaat liya
– 1/4 cup hari matar
– 1/4 cup bhune hue moongfali
– 2-3 hari mirch, bareek kata hua
– 1/2 teaspoon sarson ke beej
– 1/2 teaspoon jeera
– 1/4 teaspoon haldi powder
– Thoda sa asafoetida (hing)
– 10-12 kadi patta
– 2 tablespoons tel
– Namak swad anusar
– Tar fresher ke liye hara dhaniya
– Nimbu ke tukde, serv karne ke liye

Instructions:

1.Poha Recipe – Poha ko dho lein:

Ek chhalni mein poha lein aur ise thande pani mein kuch seconds ke liye dhoyein. Dhyan se poha ko anguliyon se chhilakar dhoiye taki sabhi flakes acche se geela ho jayein. Fir ise chhan kar alag rakh dein.

2. Tadka taiyar karein:

Ek pan ya kadai mein tel ko medium aanch par garam karein. Isme sarson ke beej daalen aur unhein phootne dein. Fir jeera, hing aur kadi patta daalen. Masale ko kuch seconds tak hilate rahein jab tak unka sugandh nikalne lage.

3. Sabzi ko bhunein:

Pan mein kaate hue pyaaz aur hari mirch daalen. Pyaaz translucent hone tak bhunein. Ab aloo ke tukde aur hare matar daal dein. Thoda sa namak chhidkayein aur 5-7 minutes tak pakayein ya jab tak aloo naram na ho jayein.

4. Masale daalein:

Jab sabziya pak jaayein, usmein haldi powder daalen aur achhe se milayein. Isse dish mein khubsurat peeli rang aayega aur halka sa swad bhi aayega.

5. Poha daalein:

Dhyan se chhan kar alag rakhe hue poha ko ek fork ki madad se halka halka phailein aur pan mein daal dein. Sab kuch achhe se milayein jab tak poha masalon aur sabziyo se acche se coat ho jaye. Namak swad anusar adjust karein.

6. Garnish and serve:

Ant mein, bhune hue moongfali ko poha ke upar daalen aur halka halka milayein. Aanch band kar dein aur pohaa ko taza kata hua hara dhaniya se sajayein. Garam garam poha ko nimbu ke tukdon ke saath serv karein, jisse ek chatpata swaad mile.
