1. Sabse pehle ek bada bartan garam karein aur usmein thoda tel dalein. Pyaaz ko usmein daalkar, ise gulabi hone tak 3-4 minute tak bhunein.
2. Fir, kati hui lehsun daal dein aur ek minute tak chalaate rahein, jab tak lehsun ki khushbu na aaye.
3. Ab murg ke tukde bartan mein daalein. Dhyan rakhein ki murg ko sahi tarike se namak aur kali mirch se chhidkein. Murg ko 5 minute tak bhunein, taaki woh swadist lalima prapt kar sake.
4. Jab murg acchi tarah se bhura ho jaye, toh murg ki yakhni dalein. Tej patta aur sukhi ajwain bhi dalein. Yeh sugandhit jadi-butiyan soup mein ek khushboo bharpur banaegi.
