– 1 cup ghanee malai
– 1 tablespoon badam ka paste
– 1 tablespoon kaju ka paste
– 2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
– 1 teaspoon jeera powder
– 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
– 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder (aapke swaad anusar badha-badha kar sakte hain)
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
– Namak swaad anusar
– Taze dhaniya patti, sajane ke liye
– Tukde badam, sajane ke liye
Vidhi:
1. Ek bade kadai ya gehra pan mein ghee ya tel ko madhyam aanch par garam karein. Kata hua pyaaz daalein aur ise sone ki tarah bhun lein.
2. Kadai mein adrak-lehsun ka paste dalein aur ek minute tak pakaye, jab tak uska kacha swaad na ho jaye.
3. Ab kadai mein chicken tukde daal kar use halka-bhura hone tak pakayein. Barabar pakane ke liye thoda-thoda hilate rahein.
4. Ek alag bowl mein phenta hua dahi, badam ka paste aur kaju ka paste achhe se milayein. Is mixture ko kadai mein daalein aur chicken ko acche se coat karne ke liye lagatar chalate rahein.
5. Aanch ko kam kar dein aur dhaniya powder, jeera powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur namak daalein. Masale ko chicken aur dahi mixture mein acche se milayein.
6. Kadai ko dhak kar dhire-dhire aanch par 15-20 minute tak pakayein, ya jab tak chicken gal jaye aur mulayam na ho jaye. Stick na ho jaaye iske liye beech-beech mein hilate rahein.
7. Jab chicken gal jaye, ghanee malai daal kar garam masala sprinkle karein. Dhire-dhire milayein tak ki sabhi swad mil jayein. Apne swaad anusar namak aur masale ko adjust karein.
8. Chicken Korma ko aur 5 minute tak pakaayein, halki aanch par, beech-beech mein hilate rahein. Isse masale acche se mix honge aur dish creamy ho jayegi.
9. Jab Chicken Korma taiyar ho jaye, kadai ko aanch se hatakar ek serving dish mein nikalein.
10. Dish ko taza kata dhaniya patti aur tukde badam se sajayein, isse dish ko aur bhi khoobsurat banayenge.
11. Garam-garam Chicken Korma ko chawal, naan ya roti ke saath serve karein aur har ek bite mein masalo ka mitha sangeet ka anubhav karein.
