 Instructions:

1. Makhan ko garam karein: Ek medium-sized saucepan mein anudeshit makhan ko medium aanch par garam karein jab tak wo puri tarah garam ho jaye aur jhaag banane lage.

2. Aata milayein: Garam makhan mein dheere-dheere gehu ka aata daalein aur halka-halka chamcha chalate rahein. Is mixture ko lagbhag 1-2 minute tak pakayein jab tak wo ek smooth aur golden paste (roux) na ban jaye.

3. Broth aur doodh milayein: Dhire-dhire chicken broth aur doodh ko roux mein daalte rahein aur chamcha chalate rahein taki koi gaddha na bane. Chalate rahein jab tak mixture ache se mix na ho jaye aur gadbadahat na ho jaye.

4. Masale daalein: Saucepan mein poultry seasoning, pyaaz ka powder, lehsun ka powder, namak aur kaali mirch daalein. Achi tarah milayein taaki masale ache se distribute ho jayein.

5. Pakayein aur gadha karein: Aanch ko kam kar dein aur gravy ko lagbhag 5-10 minute tak simmer hone dein, kabhi-kabhi chamcha se hilate rahein. Isse gravy gadhi ho jayegi aapke pasand ke anusaar.

6. Swaad anusar adjustment karein: Gravy ko chakh kar namak aur kaali mirch ko apne swaad anusar adjust karein. Agar aap gravy ko patla pasand karte hai, toh thoda aur chicken broth ya doodh daal sakte hai.

7. Serve karein: Jab tak chicken gravy aapke pasand ke gadhe aur swaadik ho jaye, use aanch se hata dein. Garam tatha roast chicken, mashed potatoes ya kisi bhi dish ke upar ise serve karein.
