Kadai Chicken, ya Karahi Chicken, ek aisi dish hai jo Bharatiya upmahadeep ke swadisht rasoi ke bazaar se nikli hai. Kadai Chicken aksar taza pakaye gaye naan, roti ya chawal ke saath khaya jata hai, jisse gravy ko sahi tarah se nigalne ka avsar milta hai. Iss dish ko aksar taza kati hui dhaniya patti se saja diya jata hai aur thanda raita ya khatti achaar ke saath serv kiya jata hai, jo masalon ke teekhe swad ko santulit karta hai aur swadisht bhojan anubhav ko poora karta hai.
