Chicken Masala Recipe – Vidhi:

1. Murgh ko marinade karein: Ek bowl mein murgh ke tukdo ko dahi, adrak, lehsun, haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur namak ke saath milayein. Achhe se milakar marinade se murgh ko achhe se coat kar lein. Ise kam se kam 30 minute tak marinade hone dein, jisse masale murgh mein acche se ghusein.

5. Tamatar ka puree milayein: Murgh aur masalon ke saath tamatar ka puree daal dein aur achhe se milayein. Aanch ko medium-low par kam kar dein, pan ko dhak kar 15-20 minute tak dhimi aanch par pakayein. Isse murgh masalon aur swadon ko acche se absorb kar lega aur komal ho jayega.
