1. Ek bade pan mein makhan aur tel ko medium aanch par garam karein. Kata hua pyaaz ko ismein daal kar tab tak bhunein, jab tak woh sona rang na ho jaye, beech beech mein hilate rahein.
2. Pan mein bareek kata hua lehsun aur kaddukas kiya hua adrak daalein aur ek minute tak bhunein, jab tak kachcha swaad gayab na ho jaye.
