1. Sabse pehle, medium aanch par ek deep pan ya kadai mein vegetable oil garam karein. Usmein jeera daalein aur use kuch second tak saute karein, jab tak wo sizzle na ho jaye.
2. Pan mein bareek kata hua pyaaz aur kati hui hari mirch daal dein. Pyaaz ko sunehra hone tak saute karein.
3. Ab, pan mein adrak-lehsun ka paste dalein aur ek minute tak saute karein, jab tak kachhe masalo ka smell khatam na ho jaye.
