Recipe For Chicken Fry – Saman :

– 2 paund (900 g) chicken, tukde kar lijiye
– 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
– 1 tablespoon lal mirch powder (paprika)
– 1 teaspoon lehsun powder (garlic powder)
– 1 teaspoon pyaaz powder (onion powder)
– 1 teaspoon sukha dhaniya (dried thyme)
– 1 teaspoon sukha ajwain (dried oregano)
– 1 teaspoon namak (salt)
– 1/2 teaspoon kali mirch (black pepper)
– Tel (vegetable oil), talne ke liye

Recipe For Chicken Fry – Vidhi :

 

1. Ek bade bartan mein maida, lal mirch powder, lehsun powder, pyaaz powder, sukha dhaniya, sukha ajwain, namak aur kali mirch ko achhe se mila lijiye. Yeh chicken ka coating banega.

2. Har tukde wale chicken ko achhe se maida mixture mein coat kijiye, dhyan rakhte hue ki acche se cover ho jaye. Coated chicken ko ek plate ya baking sheet par rakhiye.

3. Ek gehri kadhai mein tel ko medium-high aanch par garam kijiye. Tel itna gehra hona chahiye ki chicken tukde puri tarah tal jaye.

4. Savdhani se maida se coat kiye gaye chicken tukde ko garam tel mein rakhiye, kuch tukdon ko ek saath na rakhe. Chicken ko lagbhag 6-8 minute dono taraf se talte rahe, jab tak woh sunehra-bhura aur crispy na ho jaye.

5. Jab pak jaye, chicken ko kadhai se nikaliye aur excess tel ko nikalne ke liye ek tissue paper se dhak kar plate par rakhiye. Baaki chicken tukdon ko bhi talne ka process dohraiye.

6. Garam chicken fry ko apne pasandeeda dipping sauce ke saath serve kijiye, jaise ki ketchup ya mayonnaise. Iske saath fries ya salad bhi serve kar sakte hain.
