Spicy Chicken Curry – Samagri :

– 1 kg chicken, tukdo me kata hua
– 2 pyaaz, bareek kaat li gayi
– 3 tamatar, pis kar liye gaye
– 4 lahsun ki kaliyan, bareek kati hui
– 1 inch ka adrak, koota hua
– 2 hari mirch, lambai mein kati hui (chunoti ke roop mein)
– 1 chammach jeera
– 1 chammach dhaniya powder
– 1/2 chammach haldi powder
– 1/2 chammach lal mirch powder (swad ke anusar istemal karein)
– 1 chammach garam masala
– 1/2 cup dahi, ubaal kar phenta hua
– 2 tablespoon tel
– Namak swad anusar
– Taaja dhaniya patti, sajane ke liye

Spicy Chicken Curry – Marinade ke liye :

– 1/2 cup dahi
– 1 tablespoon adrak-lahsun ka paste
– 1 chammach lal mirch powder
– 1/2 chammach haldi powder
– Namak swad anusar

Spicy Chicken Curry – Vidhi :

 

1. Ek bowl mein marinade ke saare samagri ko mila lein. Ismein chicken tukde daal kar ache se marinade kar lein. Kam se kam 30 minutes ke liye rakh dein, ya behtar swad ke liye raat bhar refrigerator mein rakh dein.

2. Ek bada kadhai ya patili mein tel garam karein, medium aanch par. Usmein jeera daal kar sek lein.

3. Kati hui pyaaz ko daal kar ise sunahre rang tak pakayein. Kabhi kabhi hilate rahein, jalne se bachane ke liye.

4. Minced lahsun, koota hua adrak aur kati hui hari mirch daalein. Aur phir 1-2 minute tak pakayein jab tak kachha swad khatam na ho jaye.

5. Tamatar ka puree daal dein aur tab tak pakayein jab tak tel alag na ho jaye. Ismein lagbhag 5-7 minute lag sakte hain.

6. Ab dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur namak daal dein. Achhe se milayein aur phir 2 minute tak pakayein taaki masale apna swad nikal sakein.

7. Aanch ko dhimi kar dein aur kadhai mein ubaala hua dahi daal dein. Lagatar hilate rahein taaki dahi phat na jaye. Isko 2-3 minute tak pakayein jab tak dahi masale mein achhe se ghul na jaye.

8. Aanch ko medium-high kar dein aur marinade kiye gaye chicken tukde daal dein. Achhe se milayein taaki masale se achhe se lipat jayein.

9. Chicken ko lagbhag 10-15 minute tak pakayein, kabhi kabhi hilate rahein, jab tak pak jayein aur naram ho jayein. Agar zarurat ho toh thoda paani daal sakte hain taaki curry sookhi na jayegi.

10. Chicken curry par garam masala chhidak dein aur ek baar achhe se mila lein.

11. Taaja dhaniya patti se sajayein.

12. Garam-garam chawal, naan bread ya roti ke saath serve karein.
